Way of the Tao Tai Chi

Rooted in the Way of the Tao, Tai Chi is a moving meditation that cultivates balance, flow, and harmony. Through gentle, mindful movements, it strengthens the body, calms the mind, and connects us to the natural rhythm of life.

Community Dharma Circles

In Dharma circles, we come together in shared practice and reflection. These gatherings build connection, deepen understanding, and support a compassionate community rooted in mindfulness and presence.
